B2B Meeting Registration

Registration is now open for 22nd European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting, which will take place at SUBCONTRATACIÓN 2027 from 23-25 February, organised by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, together with the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce and BEC.

As a subcontracting company participating in this edition, you are entitled, at no additional cost, to take part in these valuable B2B meetings, which will give you the opportunity to meet with national and European buyers seeking new suppliers and solutions for their manufacturing needs and processes. This is an excellent tool for identifying and connecting with new customers who can bring significant added value to your participation in Subcontratación. For this edition, we expect the attendance of around 100 European buyers.

Once the registration has been completed, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce team will contact you and provide information about the organisational process, the registered buyers, and will prepare your meeting agenda.

In 2025, we held more than 1,000 meetings, achieving a high level of satisfaction among both buyers and exhibitors.

The B2B Meetings are structured as follows:

• 23 February: This session will focus on general subcontracting companies that are not specialised in any particular sector.
• 24 February: A more specialised session will be held focusing on the Automotive Sector. In addition, an exclusive event for buyers from the plastics industry (Plastic Meet) will take place.
• 25 February: Reserved for the Defence, Additive Manufacturing (AM) and Aeronautics

In Hall 3, where the SUBCONTRATACIÓN exhibition area is located, a dedicated space will be set up for meetings between exhibitors and buyers. The area will be clearly signposted and fully equipped to facilitate these business meetings.
