Subcontratación: dynamism and a broad range of visitors

Subcontratación is a very dynamic trade show, with many visitors from many different sectors. This is how the exhibitors participating at the event have described the show, which has just celebrated its 18th edition. “This was our first time exhibiting to the public at a trade show”, says Roberto Gutiérrez, from the Ondozabal Group technical office, “and we have received many visits from a very broad range of sectors, as well as current clients and new ones.” The company, which focuses on large-scale precision machining, has experienced significant growth in the past years, acquiring new plants “now we want to make the most of all this machinery, strengthening our visibility in Spain and Europe with professionals from the fields of aeronautics, automotive, capital goods, energy and defence with an image of strength…”

Geinsa has also made the most of the creation of a specific area within the Polveri&Ecocoating event, to celebrate their 50th anniversary with their clients, firm representatives and suppliers and reaffirm their condition as a robust Spanish company that manufactures industrial facilities for surface treatments. “We ended our participation at the fair with a very good list of visitors. On this occasion our stand was located in a space that was directly linked to our activity”, explained Jon Franco Labrador, Sales Manager of the company.

Ignacio Jimenez, from the internationalisation department of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, also based his conclusions on the volume and the quality of the visitors, and commented how appropriate it had been to include the joint participation of all the chambers. “It has been a very good trade show from the very first day, with a lot of movement and high-quality visitors. As Chambers of Commerce, we have provided them with supplier searching services. The companies are also very pleased with the progress of the trade show, where they have established very good contacts at the meetings. We also provided a unified image of the Chambers; the joint participation has strengthened us as a business supporting organisation.”
