To be held from June 6 to 8 as part of SUBCONTRATACIÓN 2023
Just two months remain until Bilbao Exhibition Centre inaugurates a new edition of SUBCONTRATACIÓN, International Exhibition of Manufacturing Processes and Equipment. This year’s edition will bring together two complementary areas: on the one hand, an exhibition area, where everything from the most essential manufacturing processes to the most advanced technologies will be represented. On the other hand, a program of B2B interviews with leading national and international buyers, who will meet at the 20th European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting.
It is an absolutely differentiating business forum that year after year consolidates itself as the largest B2B event in Europe and positions SUBCONTRATACIÓN 2023 as an international reference in the framework of Advanced Manufacturing.
Nearly one hundred international buyers (most of them multinationals based in Europe) and nearly 400 Spanish subcontractors from different sectors such as general subcontracting, railways, defense, energy, steel, medical technology, household appliances, automotive and petrochemicals have confirmed their attendance at this event, which will take place between June 6 and 8. In addition, one of the days of the meeting will be attended by buyers from the additive and 3D printing sector. As a result of all these B2B meetings, nearly 1.000 business meetings are expected to be scheduled.
In an increasingly global and internationalized world, industrial subcontracting is becoming increasingly important as a business strategy. Currently, in Spain, the sector is made up of a large number of specialized SMEs that work for traditional and leading industrial sectors and have high levels of certifications and approvals. All of them are part of a dynamic and innovative business network that represents around 10% of the Spanish industrial GDP.
The 20th European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting is organized by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, CamaraBilbao and Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), in collaboration with the rest of the Spanish Chambers of Commerce (Subcontex).
+ INDUSTRY, ADDING FAIRS TO MULTIPLY OPPORTUNITIES
SUBCONTRATACIÓN will be held within the framework of +INDUSTRY, one of the largest meeting points for advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 in the country, where the industrial supplies and hardware sector will also have its own exhibition space. These are fairs coinciding in time and space at BEC’s halls: the aforementioned SUBCONTRATACIÓN, as well as ADDIT3D, BeDIGITAL, MAINTENANCE and PUMPS&VALVES.
It will be a very dynamic space focused on technology and innovation, where exhibitors and visitors will find areas to connect, share experiences and knowledge and boost their business.
